The “IR Inf” error occurs when the system fails to obtain a valid result during an Internal Resistance (IR) measurement step.

This typically happens when the measurement conditions are not sufficient to produce a reliable calculation, causing the system to return an infinite (invalid) resistance value and stop the test.
Solution:
-
Make sure the amplitude value is big enough (around 0.5C to 1C)
-
Try extending the Duration (ms) to be more than 50ms.
If you use the control type “Internal Resistance (Alternative),” please adjust the High Current and Low Current values so that the difference between them is large enough, typically around 0.5C to 1C.
