Training Information

Factory Training - Option 1

Arbin Instruments offers a two-day training course twice per month at our Headquarters and Production Facility in College Station, TX. This service is designed to help familiarize the student with the Arbin system. It will also teach the student how to write and execute routine and more sophisticated test schedules. These two days will easily be made up in time savings for new users and will help the experienced user become more efficient with their Arbin Instruments system.

Training courses are limited to only a few students per session to keep classes close to a one-on-one experience and are available on a "first-come, first-serve" basis. A specific date will be confirmed after the receipt of a non-refundable $150 (per person) registration fee. Mailable Registration Forms can be downloaded here if you prefer.

On-Site Training - Option 2

In addition to our Factory Training, Arbin Instruments offers On-Site training and installation at our customer's locations throughout the world on a pay basis. Training sessons will be scheduled and quoted on a case-by-case basis and will vary in cost depending on the customer's location, instructor, and number of days. Instructor availability may also vary depending on travel schedule.

Installation and Training visits are typically 3 days. Training only visits typically require 2 days. These times may vary depending on the system being installed, the number of people needing training, and the customer's preference.

Online Training Tutorials - Option 3

Check out the new Online Tutorials section of our website. These tutorials will cover some of the basic usage of Arbin systems and they are free to all Arbin customers. Tutorials will be added periodically so check back regularly. Please be patient with us as tutorial topics are created and uploaded.

Personalized Online Training and Software Demonstrations - Option 4

Arbin Instruments' Sales Engineers, with the help of WebEx Software, can provide one-on-one (or one-on-"a few") software training and demonstrations. These training sessions are not as comprehensive as Options 1 and 2 above, but they are available upon request and they can be used to answer any software usage related questions you might have. Please contact your Sales Engineer for availability. Software training and demonstrations by this method should be limited to < 1 hour.

Cisco's WebEx software allows the "student" to see the "instructors" computer screen by simply visiting a web page. This combined with a phone call proves to be a powerful and convenient way to learn...PLUS, IT'S FREE!!!
