How to Shop
There are 4 storefronts
from which you can select your products
from: the Battery Holders Shop, Cables Shop,
Connectors Shop
and Fuel Cell Fixtures Shop.
In each of the stores is a list of
available products to purchase online.
Here are step-by-step instructions on
how to shop at these stores:
1. Make your product
selection by clicking the "Buy Now"
button.
2. On the next page, you
can set the quantity of the product you
want, then click "Add to Basket".
Notice that the "Quantity in Basket"
changes after you did this.
3. You can then, continue
shopping for other products by selecting
a store, select a product to add to your
shopping basket, view what
is in your shopping basket ("View
Basket"), or proceed to finalize your
purchase ("Checkout").
NOTE:
There is a minimum purchase of $50.00 in
order to buy from the Arbin Stores. (Not
including delivery charges)
NOTE:
You cannot
accidentally make a purchase while
shopping around the stores, jumping from
page to page. Your purchase only takes
place after you have entered your credit
card information.
When you click on a shop:
Click on either the
Battery Holders, Cables,
Connectors, or Fuel
Cell Fixtures on the top menu bar to continue
shopping for other products. Proceed
with product selection as outlined in
step 1 above, and continue in the same
manner to shop for 2nd, 3rd, 4th, ....
products.
If you are at the
storefront page after adding product to
basket, you may choose to view your
shopping basket, or proceed to checkout
directly using the buttons on the
right-most column on the storefront
page. What happens when you click on
"View Basket" or "Checkout" is outlined
below.
When you click "View Basket":
On this page, you may
change (add or delete) the quantity of
the products you have placed in the your
shopping basket from previous steps.
You may click on either shops to add
more products or proceed to checkout as
it is outlined below.
When you click "Checkout":
If you use a
security-enabled browser and your
security settings are in place, a
security alert box may pop-up, telling
you that you are about to view pages
over secure connections. We have
implemented a
Thawte
Security Certificate on this page and
the next few pages to complete your
purchase transaction over secure
connection. Select "OK". Continue with
filling out the requested shipping and
billing information until you get to the
"Invoice" page.
We honor your privacy and
assure you that we will never release
any information you provide us, under
any circumstances, except as necessary
to secure payment and shipping.
Shopping online with us
is safe. Our secure server implements
industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
technology with
Thawte
security certification for secure online
commerce transactions. With SSL, all of
your personal information, including
credit card number, name, and address,
is encrypted as the information travels
over the internet. You can help protect your
online security by using
security-enabled browser (such as
Microsoft Internet Explorer version 2.1

2.0 or higher) and make sure that your
browser security features are activated
properly.

We are required by law to
charge sales taxes on products purchased
and shipped within the state of Texas,
USA. Products that are shipped out of
Texas are tax free. If you buy and ship
your products within the state of Texas
and you are exempt from paying sales
tax, we will adjust your charges and
refund the sales tax after you show us
the proof of tax exempt certificate.
For shipment outside the
United States, customer will be
responsible to pay any duties and/or
taxes applied by customs. Please
contact your country's customs service
for more information on duties and
