The “IR Inf” error occurs when the system fails to obtain a valid result during an Internal Resistance (IR) measurement step.
This typically happens when the measurement conditions are not sufficient to produce a reliable calculation, causing the system to return an infinite (invalid) resistance value and stop the test.
Solution:
-
Make sure the amplitude value is big enough (around 0.5C to 1C)
-
Try extending the Duration (ms) to be more than 50ms.
If you use the control type “Internal Resistance (Alternative),” please adjust the 大电流应用 和 低电流应用 values so that the difference between them is large enough, typically around 0.5C to 1C.
