V and a maximum voltage of 4.2 V.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Step-1:-Initial-Rest\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-local-id=\"c49a989a4044\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"484\">Step 1: Initial Rest<\/h2>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"506\" data-local-id=\"4748aceec9ae\">Allow the battery to rest for 10\u201330 minutes so that the voltage can stabilize. In this example, the rest time is set to 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Step-2:-Run-a-CC-CV-charge-process\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-local-id=\"9e6c3efa7e99\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"639\">Step 2: Run a <span data-highlighted=\"true\" data-vc=\"highlighted-text\"><span class=\"_1mT5xdRAKS\"><span class=\"_0nmozVaHVx _2V7sgO2M4S _3BoeIDwZ7G _30zrXRyxdf _0ReiIH7zJH\" data-testid=\"definition-highlighter\">CCCV\u6052\u6d41\u8f6c\u6052\u538b<\/span><\/span><\/span> charge process<\/h2>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"675\" data-local-id=\"d6fae3f0c9ac\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">CC (constant current):<\/strong> Charge the battery at a constant current. In this example, 0.2C is used to obtain a stable baseline capacity measurement. Other charge\/discharge rates, such as 0.5C or 1C, may be used depending on the cell specification and test requirements.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"942\" data-local-id=\"086ad66dd60b\">When the voltage reaches <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">4.2 V<\/strong>, switch to <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">CV (constant voltage)<\/strong> mode and hold the voltage at <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">4.2V<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1041\" data-local-id=\"bc205997a57a\">End the charge when the current tapers down to a preset cutoff value, typically <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">0.05C<\/strong> or <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">0.02C<\/strong>. In this example, the cutoff current is set to <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">0.02C<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Step-3:-Rest-After-Charge\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-local-id=\"1d3ccdd01a12\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"1191\">Step 3: Rest After Charge<\/h2>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1218\" data-local-id=\"544f025a0d43\">Let the battery <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">rest for 10\u201330 minutes, <\/strong>in this case it\u2019s 30 minutes<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Step-4:-Discharge-the-Battery-to-Measure-Initial-Capacity\" tabindex=\"-1\" data-local-id=\"6a3599048b35\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"1288\">Step 4: Discharge the Battery to Measure Initial Capacity<\/h2>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1347\" data-local-id=\"bdcc34fded83\">Run a <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">CC (constant current)<\/strong> discharge:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ak-ul\" data-local-id=\"873ac193-b78f-49cf-9579-e7bef11d303a\" data-indent-level=\"1\">\n<li>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1389\" data-local-id=\"e981126d5189\">Discharge the battery at a constant current. In this example, the current is set to <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">0.2C<\/strong>. In other cases, <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">0.5C<\/strong> or <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">1C<\/strong> may be used when testing under higher-load conditions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1564\" data-local-id=\"8fac951bfd67\">Stop the discharge when the voltage drops to <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">2.5 V<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1619\" data-local-id=\"b7e4fc5efcad\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">\u6b65\u9aa4 5\uff1a<\/strong> During Step 4, the system calculates the discharge capacity over the entire discharge process. In Step 5, the total discharge capacity is recorded in the variable <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">MV_UD1<\/strong> using the <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Set Values<\/strong> control type.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1833\" data-local-id=\"2b6f9a6bb409\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">\u6b65\u9aa4 6\uff1a<\/strong> Start a loop using the <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Set Variable(s)<\/strong> control type.
