College Station, TX is looking for Customer Service Technician.
Duties included: Answering customer support calls,
troubleshooting, documentation, travel to customer sites for
training, repair and installation of new equipment and software.
Candidate must be proficient in Windows NT, 2000, XP, windows
office. Basic knowledge of electronics, AC power, and electronic
storage devices. Excellent oral and written communication

Engineers work with the customer, production, engineering and R
& D Department to determine how products and services could be

products, and answer technical questions. Sales Activities
